I had a fantastic experience with Jose Jewellers with getting my fiancé's engagement ring. A heirloom ring was reshaped into a new design. Carmen was absolutely amazing – incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so easy, from communication to accessing the store and to generating different computer-based design options before settling with the final design.
The ring itself is beyond stunning – beautifully crafted, with incredible attention to detail. When I needed a size adjustment, Carmen and the team handled it quickly and without any fuss. The service was seamless from start to finish.

José Jewelers boasts a secure and beautiful laid out shop in Ryan Field Benoni. We recently had my wife's combined engagement and wedding band re imagined in one of Carmen's unique designs and all I can say is wow. From the consultation to professional cads that were presented the band came out perfectly. Beautiful craftsmanship and all done whithin two weeks.

My experience with Carmen has been phenomenal. The workmanship at Jose jewellers is excellent. My personal circumstances where taken into consideration when creating my ring, a special symbol was incorporated into it which represents my late Mom.
This was all Carmen's idea......such a special touch!!!
